PRIVATE PARTIES:

  • The cost is $35.00 per person for a two-hour party, or $45.00 per person for a three-hour party. 
  • We require a minimum of 10 people, or $250. 
  • If you cannot reach the minimum, you can either pay $250, or reserve a table at any open class.
  • Maximum is 22
  • Bring your own snacks/beverages; hot tea/coffee/bottled water is served complimentary as well as biscotti/sweets
  • Choose which feature painting you would like for the evening. 
  • We provide the canvases, paints, aprons, instruction, and the fun.

We require prepayment for ten ( $150 deposit to reserve your date with remaining $100 due one week prior to event)

(We’re sorry.  We do not accept  loyalty cards for private parties.)

For us to travel to a different location, we require a minimum of 20 people and we charge a travel fee of $50.

We do need a deposit of $150.00, or payment for6 guests,  from you/your party within 1 week of booking your party. We will pencil you into our calendar and hold your date for 1 week. Please note: if you have 6 people register and pay within the same week, that can count as your deposit. We can set up an online payment button so you can get your 6 guests registered within the week, to reserve your party.

If we do not receive your deposit during that time, we will assume that you are no longer interested and will re-open that time slot for another party, if anyone requests your date.

If you fall short of the minimum required guests, the charges up to minimum private party payment will be withheld from your deposit.

If you need to cancel your party, a rain-check will be issued if your cancellation is made 7 days prior to event date. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your event, you forfeit your fees/spot. There are NO refunds, if your party is cancelled.

This is because my time is valuable, and I would have lost money and time if you cancel. It is incredibly hard for me to sell a spot on such short notice. Thank you for understanding and supporting your local art studio.

Public Paint Nites:

If you cancel prior to 7 days of the event, you will receive ONE rain-check. If you fail to utilize that rain-check on the next event, you forfeit that spot/fees. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event, you forfeit your spot/fees: there are no refunds. IF you want to sell your spot yourself to the event, that is totally fine. You will just need to call the studio letting me know the name of the individual taking your spot.

CLASSES: 

If you miss your class, you forfeit that week's fees. Classes are paid monthly, and fees are due whether you miss a class or not. If you are not able to commit to a class, then please feel free to DROP IN and pay the drop in rate, if room is available for that class. We do not have the ability to offer make up classes and post credits from month to month. Thank you for understanding and supporting your local art studio.
